So I did some quick detective work.
If my fat eyed calculations are correct, this flip chip setting means he's either running a 27.5 rear wheel w/ the frame in the 29er rear wheel setting...or he's running a 29" rear wheel.
Flip chip in the opposite orientation would be for 27.5 correct?

Darn, can't post the pic of his rear triangle in this thread.
Anyway, at 1:39  you can see the flip chip on the rocker set high but now that I think about, that's backwards.  He has the rocker extended, therefore raising the BB to keep the 27.5 at the correct ride height.
At 2:17 you can see the rear axle flip chip set for long wheel base though, so that might explain the other aspect of the wide arcs he takes in the video.
And when he picks it up and drops it, clearly mullet

The dulled THUD THUD on the roots and trail inthis video is so sublime. Like he said this bike defintely sounds quite.

Is it just me who thinks Danny has been posting videos a lot more frequently on his Youtube channel the past couple of months than he has in the past? (Yes, I know this isn't one of his, of course.) 

Really psyched for Danny this year. He seems so upbeat about the new bike and his riding in general.

First question - is Danny riding a 29er?
Second question - or is that frame noticeably longer and higher in the front than his Cube?

He rides that thing way different than the Cube & Saracen.  
That or he's trying out a really stiff rear spring.

I was thinking the same thing. The bigger bike definitely has a visible impact on his riding style. Not sure if it is good or bad, but it definitely looks like his riding is more muted and he isn't commanding the bike and throwing it around as much as in the past.

Looking nice and light on the bike!  Cant wait for the season to start!!  Also exceptional camera work as well John.
